Students have the opportunity to work with established music educators and professional musicians who focus on core fundamentals of individual pedagogical techniques as well as large ensemble dynamics and practices.  Rehearsals are led by veteran conductors who are sensitive to the needs of developing musicians to build confidence and pride in the art of live music performance.
